1.1 They are separate enter-ties.

Making a purchase

2.0 Simply navigate our website for information about our products.
2.1 Click ‘Shop’ and you will be sent to the shop land page


3.0 We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe online or SumUp in person.
3.1 We do not accept PayPal payments.
3.2 We accept Apple Pay payments.
3.3 All payments are processed by Stripe online. We do not retain any of your payment details.
3.4 We pay Stripe a percentage for each transaction.
3.5 Apple Pay transactions are free of charge through the online store.
3.6 Refunds are processed through Stripe online or through SumUp in person.

Remittance terms

4.0 All goods must be paid for in full before shipping.

Order process

6.0 Add products to your basket.
6.1 You will have the option to create an account at checkout.
6.2 You can check your order progress online in your account.
6.3 If you did not create an account you can email us for an update.
6.4 You do not need an account to place an order.
6.5 Coupons can be added at checkout – subject to status.
6.6 Enter your payment method when prompted.
6.7 Our payments website is secure and provided by Stripe through WooCommerce.


7.0 We reserve the right to offer and withdraw promotions at any time.
7.1 Promotions are subject to availability.
7.2 Promotions may be offered via different social media platforms. Subject to status.
7.3 Coupons are valid for limited times and can be removed without prior warning.


8.0 Faulty goods may result in a refund or replacement
8.1 If you wish to apply for a refund within 5 days of receipt of goods please email accounts@washboss.co.uk in the first instance
8.2 We shall refund invoice cost of item returned
8.3 Faulty goods may be requested to be returned for quality checking

Shipping and delivery

9.0 You will be advised of the shipping cost when you go through checkout.  
9.1 We offer two levels of postage via Royalmail, 1st class and 2nd class.
9.2 After ordering, you will be updated at every stage, from processing of your order to shipment.
9.3 Shipments will usually happen within 1-2 working days. Bank Holidays and weekends, times may vary.
9.4 If an item is damaged in transit it is your responsibility to raise a complaint with the delivery service and claim compensation.
9.5 WE shall not provide compensation for lost goods as we shall send all with proof of postage.
